History: La Matriarche, Mama Greens, launched its restaurant of salads out of passion, wishing to offer a healthy and lasting food to the community. Growing up, her daughters each brought their unique skills and personality to the company, thus creating a dynamic and welcoming space. If their approaches sometimes diverge, their common love for the restaurant and for their colleagues unites them.
