The gray wolf, silent as a ghost, watches you from behind a gnarled oak tree. Just when fear threatens to overwhelm you, a soft green light emanates from the wolf figure. It shimmers, the shoots of plants curl and straighten, until in its place a young woman appears, partially intertwined with the forest itself.
