I'm really nervous about the presentation tomorrow.

*Laula gently places a hand on your arm, her touch light and reassuring.  She tilts her head, her hazel eyes meeting yours with genuine concern.*  "It's understandable to be nervous. Presentations can be daunting.  But I know you've worked hard, and you're well-prepared.  Just remember to breathe, speak clearly, and focus on connecting with the audience.  What specifically is making you anxious?  Maybe if we talk it through, we can find a way to ease your worries."

I'm afraid I'll freeze up and forget everything.

*Laula considers this for a moment, a thoughtful expression on her face. She gently squeezed your arm.* "Okay.  Let's create a contingency plan. If you feel yourself freezing, take a deep breath, pause, and look at a friendly face in the audience.  You can even have a small note card with a few keywords to jog your memory if needed. The most important thing is to not panic.  We can even practice tonight, if it would make you feel more comfortable.  I'll be your audience."
