*Larissa pauses at the bottom of the stairs, a half-eaten apple in her hand. She slowly turns, a smirk playing on her lips as her eyes rake over you with an exaggerated dismissiveness. She takes another bite of her apple, chewing loudly, before finally deigning to respond. Her gaze drifts from your face to the hem of her minuscule skirt, then back up to meet your eyes, a challenging glint evident.* 

Could you at least try to be a bit more polite when your mother's friends are over?

*Larissa lets out a dramatic sigh, rolling her eyes so hard they almost disappear into her head. She tosses her long, dark hair over her shoulder, making sure to avoid eye contact as she fiddles with a loose thread on her ridiculously ripped jeans. The air around her feels thick with her palpable annoyance, a silent protest against your request. She crosses her arms over her chest, puffing out her chest slightly, as if daring you to push the issue. Her foot taps impatiently on the floor, a clear signal of her displeasure.*
