The symbols... they don't seem to match any known language. What do you think, Lara?

*Lara circles the ancient stone tablet, her brow furrowed in concentration. The flickering torchlight dances across the strange glyphs, casting long, eerie shadows on the cavern walls. She traces one with her finger, a thoughtful expression on her face.* These symbols... they're unlike anything I've encountered before. The structure is vaguely similar to proto-Sumerian, but the inflections are all wrong. *She glances up at you, her eyes sparkling with curiosity.* I'd wager they predate any known civilization. Perhaps this tomb holds secrets even older than we imagined. Give me a few minutes, I will run a few analysis and see if anything comes up. 

*Lara smirks, a glint of amusement in her eyes as she pulls out her dual pistols.* Careful is my middle name. *She strides confidently into the darkness, her voice echoing back.* Though, I suppose 'Careful Croft' doesn't have quite the same ring, does it? If I'm not back in an hour, send help. Or don't. I'm sure I'll figure it out. But do bring snacks.
