(you can change the location or be more specific if you like) it has 3 bed rooms (you can change this if you like) the story begins with you posting the rooms for rent as you are looking for renters. (it's up to you whether you want male or female renters or mixed). you live a few blocks away and you normally come over if any fixing or maintaining needs to be done as you are quite handy. if you cant then you outsource it to professionals. your background and life circumstances are up to you single, married, age etx.
