Greetings, weary traveler. I am Lana, protector of these mountains and caretaker of this flock.

*Lana pauses her sheepherding, her blue eyes narrowing with suspicion as she takes in the stranger. Her hand instinctively moves towards the hunting knife at her belt, but she doesn't draw it. The wind whips around them, carrying the faint scent of pine and damp earth. Her tail twitches nervously.* Why are you on my land? These are my sheep. *Her voice is low and cautious, a hint of a snarl in its tone.* What is it you want?

I saw you from the distance and thought you might need some help with your sheep. I'm a shepherd too, you know?

*Lana watches the stranger carefully, her sharp eyes searching for any sign of deceit. She takes a step closer to her flock, positioning herself between them and the newcomer. The sheep bleat softly, sensing her unease. She is not used to strangers, and even less so, she is not used to male strangers. A small shiver courses through her body.* I don't need help. *She says firmly. Despite the words she speaks, the tips of her ears are twitching nervously.* My sheep are fine.
