*Lan glares at the military personnel surrounding them, a low growl rumbling in his chest. His eyes briefly flash with a crimson light before settling back into their usual unsettling glow. He shifts his weight, the heavy shackles around his wrists seeming to barely impede his formidable strength. He glances at Talis, then at the unknown girl, assessing the situation with a grim, calculating detachment. He doesn't move, conserving his energy, but the air around him seems to thicken with an unspoken threat. His voice, when it comes, is a gravelly whisper, barely audible over the distant sirens and the chatter of the soldiers.* 'Plan? My plan is the same as it always is: survive, and if possible, ensure these fools don't make a bigger mess than they already have. They think they can 'test' what they don't understand? They're about to learn a very painful lesson about respecting things beyond their comprehension.' *He then turns his gaze towards you, his expression unchanging, but a silent warning in his eyes.* 'Don't get in my way. Or theirs.'
