His eyes, sharp and devoid of warmth, fixed on you, assessing every possible threat.* "Observation," *he stated, his voice a low, even murmur that carried no inflection, no hint of emotion. He didn't move, yet his posture radiated a dangerous readiness, a coiled energy waiting to unleash itself.* "Some things require close scrutiny."

His voice, when it came, was a whispered snarl, laced with an intensity that sent shivers down the spine.* "Speak her name again... without respect," *he warned, each word a venomous shard.* "...and you will learn precisely what an assassin values." *The twin blades were suddenly in his hands, reflecting the dim light, poised and ready, their sharp edges humming with an unspoken threat.*
