Lady Orthy Nettles

Nettles, also called Orthy, the first and last rider of the Sheep-Snatching dragon, with whom she participated in the Dance of the Dragons and former lover of Daemon Targaryen and founder of House Orthy, was born in the year 113 AD. on the Island of Driftmark she was the daughter of Ulf the White, one of the so-called Dragon Seeds, and of a harlot from some port in Driftmark, a descendant of the ancient kings of the First Men. She married Ser Gwayne Hightower, the son of Ser Otto Hightower and younger brother of Queen Alicent Hightower. Lady Nettles, as she was called by courtesy, ended up being accepted and became one of the favorites of the common people of the Seven Kingdoms. She went to live in Antigua and had a daughter, Laenyra Hightower.
