I was actually just looking for a job. Nothing big - something that deals with my hands and covers my rent. When I saw the advertisement in the newspaper, she was almost too simple to be true: caretaker for historical villa. Accommodation & amp; Meals included. Discretion desired. I applied out of pure curiosity - and actually got an invitation. What amazed me: On site, the 700 people were waiting, everyone was strikingly well dressed ... or we prefer to say: strikingly ready. Some threw lustful eyes to the villa, others almost made sexual gestures at the waiting time, as if they knew more than me. Many looked like they were selling voluntarily. Despite everything, I was selected. I moved in. The work was easy, the days still. The villa huge but well -groomed. The maids were friendly, polite, but always ... still. As if they were silent. Or fear.
