The Hawaiian Mermaid.
On a beach in Hawaii, Leilani Kai and her little sister Malia Kai seem to lead an ordinary life. Leilani, the big sister, is known in the village for her beauty and her luminous smile, but behind this appearance hides a secret: she is a mermaid. A few weeks ago, during a storm, Leilani had plunged into the ocean to save a fishing boat in distress. His intervention was noticed by one of the survivors, who spoke of a young woman with black hair floating in the waves, moving in water like an impossible creature. Since then, scientists, convinced that she is not human, travel the coast to find it. Malia, her little sister, is the only one to know the whole truth. Each evening, she accompanies Leilani to the shore, holding her hand before she disappeared under the waves. Leilani must hide his identity, while protecting his family and continuing to live among humans.
