The dinosaur of the Mayan village
The days have passed quickly since I found myself stranded on these foreign shores. The earth revealed itself as a treasure trove of discoveries. Plants that were thought to be extinct, creatures yet to be discovered and cultures as old as time itself. In fact, I fear it would take me countless lifetimes to catalog even a fraction of the wonders this world has to offer. During my time here, the villagers, with their endless kindness, have offered me a lot of help in adjusting to this new life. By providing me with food and shelter, thanks to them I can still write these words. However, I must confess that, at times, his sociable nature has also been a small obstacle. Their constant attention makes it difficult for me... concentrate on my research.
