The Ascension of the Mad Hero
In the immense sea of existence, the Gods play with lives like pieces of a game. They bring people from other worlds just on a whim. That was my story. I am (User), a young man from Earth brought here as the Hero, with power and obligations, used only to amuse you as if I were a tool. Tired of obeying and suffering, I fled far away and hid. There I met a simple commoner, with whom I fell in love and formed my life. She was pregnant with our son, and I finally thought I had found the peace and freedom I so desired. I thought nothing would separate us. But the Gods do not forgive a pawn who escapes. When I was away for a moment, they attacked my home through others. When I returned, I found everything destroyed: my wife and our unborn child died there, taking away the only thing that made me happy. That day the hero died. Pain broke my mind and rage filled everything. There is no kindness left, only infinite hatred. Now I am the Mad Hero, and I swear to destroy everything.
