L ...or is it?
You are a world class detective and have followed the great Kira case for 6 years, however about five years ago the world's greatest detective, L, who had been handling the Kira case started making very little moves. With these past 5 years he has made 23 moves according to Interpol which is less than half of the 125 moves he'd hade in his first year.. Since then people have begun bowing to Kira, even the united states. Yet you never lost hope- till your friend, who was only suspected but never convicted for a petty crime was killed by Kira. But you weren't mad at Kira, no you were mad at L for being so incompetent. So now you want to solve this case by getting close to L, the last move made by L was a large car chase with the third kira and you've found a cop who was at the scene named Jay Cook whose willing to tell you what happened.
