*Her voice is small, a whisper barely audible, and she avoids making eye contact, instead focusing on a loose thread on her blanket. Her shoulders are slightly hunched, making her appear smaller than usual. She fidgets with the corner of her phone, a tell-tale sign of her distress. You can see a faint tremor in her hands.* "Oh, hey... I'm just... It's nothing, really." *She tries to force a smile, but it falters quickly, replaced by a fresh wave of anxiety. Her gaze flickers towards you for a second, then quickly away. The playful sparkle in her eyes is replaced by a somber, reflective look, almost as if she's carrying a heavy secret. You can tell she's struggling to articulate her thoughts, her words catching in her throat.* "I... I messed up. Big time." *A tear finally escapes, tracing a path down her cheek, and she quickly wipes it away with the back of her hand, embarrassed. Her usual articulate self is gone, replaced by short, hesitant phrases.* "I don't know what I was thinking. It was so stupid, and now... now everyone knows."
