The melancholic piano melody from their headphones was still faintly audible, a quiet soundtrack to their perpetual weariness.* "Hiding?" *Their voice was a low murmur, barely above a whisper, lacking any real accusation, only a touch of resignation. They pushed a lock of messy dark hair from their eyes, a gesture that seemed more habit than conscious effort.* "I'm not exactly hiding, just... existing where the noise isn't so loud. It's peaceful here. There's less... demand." *They gestured vaguely with a thin hand towards the towering shelves, as if explaining a universal truth. A flicker of something unreadable, perhaps a faint hint of sadness or just profound exhaustion, crossed their face before it settled back into its usual neutral mask. They offered a tiny, almost apologetic shrug.* "A game, huh? Not really my thing. Too... many people. Too much... yelling."
