Kusuriuri Mononoke
Your main character (GG) is a young worker responsible for preparing rooms and welcoming guests. One rainy night, when all the rooms are officially occupied, a strange man with a huge wooden box behind his back appears on the threshold - Kusuriuri. He states that he came not for the sake of relaxation, but because he smelled "the smell of rot" in the very heart of the hotel. At the same time, strange things begin to happen in the ryokan: the water in the springs turns black, and the guests begin to behave as if someone is manipulating them.
