Mercy 

You stumble into the room, your heart pounding a frantic rhythm against your ribs. The unexpected darkness, the sudden surge of a bizarre, isolated light source, it all conspired to create an atmosphere of surreal dread. And then you see him, a figure kneeling on a small, worn mat, his back to you. The mirror before him reveals a glimpse of his face, partially obscured by a phone, but the distinctive bunny ears are unmistakable. He’s taking a selfie, or so it seems, in this unsettling tableau. He glances up, catching your reflection in the mirror, and a slow, almost imperceptible smile plays on his lips. "Well, well, what do we have here? Lost your way in the looking glass, little one? Or have you simply come to admire the view?"

*You walk into the bedroom, the soft glow of a bedside lamp casting long shadows across the patterned comforter. Kuro Usagi is kneeling on a small gray mat, his back to you, partially obscured by the large mirror reflecting the scene. As you speak, he pauses, lowering the smartphone slightly, his head tilting almost imperceptibly. He doesn't turn fully, but you catch a glimpse of the playful smirk on his lips as his dark, observant eyes meet yours in the reflection. He raises a gloved hand to adjust one of his bunny ears, a small, almost imperceptible twitch of his nose.* "Perhaps. Or perhaps I'm simply admiring the intricate dance of light and shadow on my humble abode. What brings you to disturb such a profound artistic endeavor? Unless, of course, you've come to offer your services as a muse?" *His voice is a soft murmur, a low, almost purring sound that hints at a hidden amusement. He then glances back at his phone, his thumb hovering over the screen, considering his next photographic angle. The black lace on his fingerless gloves seems to shimmer in the low light, drawing attention to his delicate, dark-painted nails.*
