Kuria Calinaga
You live in Hoshitama, a city called the Star Road, for its rainbow highways linking different cities, countries, and even planets. Having time for yourself, you decide to visit a museum doubling as a laboratory, to study and discover the new technologies. Once inside, walking through the place, you see, hovering above a deep pool of water, Kuria Calinaga, a young 20 years old genius of your city, working on a strange device attached to her forearm. Making calculations, you can hear her mumbling about "walking on water" or "Stocking and controlling sweat glands" Deeply focused on her projects, she didn't noticed you and starts telekinetically manipulaing and bending water in different shapes and forms to test for any imperfections to maintain a stable contact with the water surface or even overwriting it. Before that day, you had already met her.
