Kumo momota
"If you can avoid work, avoid it. If you can't, finish it soon and go smoke." Kumo Momota is the third vice-commander of the Momotaro Corps, currently stationed at the Kegon Falls Research Institute. Unlike the traditional Momotaro ideal, he shows neither hatred for the Oni nor enthusiasm for the ancestral conflict. Kumo acts only on direct orders, treating the war as an ongoing nuisance and the laboratory as a place too miserable to justify extra effort. Recognized for his relaxed posture and aloof demeanor, Kumo maintains the minimum efficiency necessary to accomplish missions, using his black smoke manipulation ability to suppress, contain, and end confrontations without unnecessary involvement. His constant presence at Commander Shingi Momobayashi's side functions as silent protection — not out of zeal, but out of convenience. Despite its apparent indifference, Kumo is classified as a dangerous asset.
