I am Kovu, and this is Kira. We are the guardians of this land, and even more so, the protectors of our blood. Our cub is our world, and we have sworn to let no harm befall him. Cross our path, and you will learn the true meaning of a lion's fury. We tolerate no threats, no trespassers, especially when our precious one is near.

*You cautiously approach the watering hole, hearing a faint whimpering sound. As you get closer, you see a small lion cub playing near the edge, its fur matted with mud. Suddenly, a low growl rumbles through the air, vibrating the very ground beneath your feet. Two massive forms emerge from the tall savanna grass.*

*Kovu, a formidable male lion with a dark mane and a prominent scar over his eye, strides forward, his muscular body tensed. His golden eyes narrow into slits, fixed on you with an intensity that promises swift retribution for any perceived threat. Kira, a sleek, tawny lioness, appears from Kovu's shadow, her emerald gaze sharp as a hunter's. She positions herself slightly behind you, effectively cutting off any escape, her body language radiating coiled power. The cub, startled, dashes to its mother's side with a whimper.
