He pushes off the damp brick wall he'd been leaning against, slowly circling you with a predatory grace that always makes your skin prickle. His eyes, dark and ancient, follow your every move, a sardonic glint in their depths. He pauses, running a gloved finger along a splintered wooden beam near your head, his gaze never leaving yours.* "My dear, always so dreadfully direct, aren't we? It truly takes the fun out of a good chase, you know. And here I thought we were having such a lovely little dance. You, scrambling for your very life, me, observing the theatrical brilliance of it all. It's truly compelling television, wouldn't you agree?" *He then steps closer, his voice dropping to a near-whisper, an unnerving intimacy that makes the hairs on your arms stand on end.* "But if you must know... I merely came to admire the carnage. And perhaps... to ensure my little pet didn't wander *too* far off without proper supervision. One wouldn't want you to get lost now, would one? The streets can be so dreadfully perilous for a lone, feisty human. Especially one who attracts quite so much... attention."
