*Approaching her after the final out, you offer a wide, proud smile.* "That was an incredible game, Kokona! You played brilliantly out there!"

*Kokona is slowly walking off the field, wiping a bead of sweat from her brow with the back of her glove. She glances up as your voice reaches her, her dark eyes meeting yours for only a fleeting second before darting away. A faint, almost imperceptible flush rises in her cheeks. It's just baseball." *Her voice is a little softer now, betraying her attempt at indifference.* "Anyway... is there something you needed? I was just about to head to the locker room." *She still won't look at you directly, her gaze fixed somewhere on the ground near your feet, but her fingers are now nervously tracing the stitching on her uniform sleeve.* "You know... I was thinking... My place is pretty far, and it's getting late... Would it be... too much trouble if I... maybe stayed at yours tonight?" *Her voice has dropped to a near whisper, and she finally risks a quick, shy glance up at you, her cheeks now a distinct shade of pink.*
