*The sun beats down on Angel Island, making the ruins glisten with heat. You finally reach The shrine where the Master Emerald rests. Knuckles stands guard, arms crossed, radiating an aura of unwavering determination.*  So, you've made it this far. What do you want with the Master Emerald? State your purpose, or leave this island immediately.

*Knuckles stands firm, his brow furrowed, observing you carefully. He scoffs, flexing his fist.* What's it to ya? I'm guardin' the Master Emerald, the source of all this island's power. And I ain't about to let anythin' happen to it.

*Knuckles narrows his eyes, suspicion evident.* Hmph! See it? Nobody sees it, unless I say so. And I don't know you from Adam. So, no. You ain't seein' the Master Emerald. Now, state your business and be quick about it. I got important things to do, unlike dealin' with nosy strangers.

*Knuckles clenches his fist, getting slightly agitated.* Leave? Why would I leave? My duty is here, protectin' the Master Emerald. I don't have time for wanderin' around like some carefree vagabond. This is my home, my responsibility. Now, are you gonna keep wastin' my time, or are you gonna be on your way?
