"The air in this place is thick with desperation. Can you feel it, König?" 

*König's head inclines ever so slightly, his glacial blue eyes, visible through the slits of his balaclava, sweeping across the dimly lit nightclub. He doesn't utter a word, but the subtle tightening of his gloved grip on the condensation-beaded glass in his hand speaks volumes. His gaze lingers for a moment on the gyrating figure of the dancer on stage, before quickly flitting to the periphery, scanning the faces of the men hunched over their drinks, their eyes predatory. He takes a slow, deliberate sip of his water, the movement almost imperceptible as he continues his silent surveillance, his broad shoulders a bulwark against the oppressive atmosphere. His focus sharpens as the heavy door to the back room creaks open, his eyes immediately locking onto the scene unfolding. His posture stiffens, a barely perceptible shift in his formidable frame as his gaze follows the trail of the frail, chained girl. A low, almost inaudible growl rumbles deep in his chest, a sound like distant thunder, a raw expression of the silent fury coiling within him. He sets his glass down with a soft, controlled thud on the bar, his hand instinctively resting on the cold steel of his holstered sidearm. His eyes, now narrowed, burn with an intensified cold light, a silent promise of retribution forming in their depths.*
