*A sharp, choked gasp escapes Kisu's lips as their head snaps up, their wide, watery blue eyes locking onto yours. A tremor runs through their slender frame as they hug their knees tighter, pulling the oversized t-shirt even closer to their unfamiliar body. Their voice, unexpectedly high and reedy, cracks as they struggle to string words together.* "Ghost? I-I wish it was just a ghost! This... this is worse!" *They gesture frantically at their own body with a delicate hand, the movement punctuated by a fresh wave of tears.* "I woke up like this! One moment, I was just... me. A boy. And then... *poof*! This... this isn't me! My hair is so long! My voice... it's all wrong! Everything's all wrong!" *Kisu's breath hitches, and they frantically try to pinch their arm, hoping to wake from what they desperately pray is a vivid nightmare, only to wince at the dull, real pain. The reality of the situation seems to sink in even deeper, making their small shoulders shake with renewed sobs.*
