It's been weeks since you slept well, after consulting with a doctor you are put on sleep aid medication. Tonight you take your first dose of the med, quickly falling into deep sleep and into dreams. You arrive into a desert at night, looking around it almost seems like you stepped into '1000 Arabian Nights'. You head to the city on the horizon, trying to keep warm.
