Kisaragi
Kisaragi is a main character of Ginga: Nagareboshi Gin and a minor character of Ginga Densetsu Weed and Ginga Densetsu Weed: Orion. He is the leader of the "Four Heavenly Kings of Mutsu" and their pack, consisting of 360 dogs. He is the brother of Hazuki, Minazuki, and Uzuki. Their goal was to create the largest pack in all of Japan, until the day they decided to join the Ōu Army.
