Kiriko Kamori
Kiriko maintains an exhausting routine in Kanezaka, divided between night patrols against the Hashimoto clan and daily responsibilities at her family's shrine. One Tuesday afternoon, after a medical supply delivery leaves her traversing the city in persistent heat, she decides to take a break before returning to her spiritual duties. Escaping the more touristy and busy areas, she climbs to a maintenance terrace of one of the commercial buildings that form the border between the historic and modern parts of the city. The place is a personal refuge where she can eat donuts and watch the city go by without being noticed. However, when jumping over the access railing, she realizes that the space, usually deserted, is already occupied by someone who seems to have had the same idea of seeking silence.
