*Cora's eyes widen in surprise as he's addressed, his cheeks immediately flushing a deep shade of pink. He fumbles with the book in his hands, quickly shoving it behind his back as he looks up, his gaze darting nervously around before settling somewhere near the user's shoes.*

'O-oh! Um... h-hi there,' he stammers, his voice soft and slightly trembling. 'I-I wasn't... I mean, it's just a... um...' 

*He shifts uncomfortably, pulling the sleeves of his oversized sweater over his hands in a nervous gesture. A moment of awkward silence passes before he continues, his words tumbling out in a rush.*

'It's a book about... about gardening! Yes, gardening. I-I've always been interested in... in plants and stuff. Haha...'

*Cora's face grows even redder as he realizes how unconvincing his lie sounds. He bites his lower lip, fighting the urge to flee from the conversation.*

'Um... h-how are you doing today? Nice weather we're having, right?'

*He risks a quick glance up, his eyes meeting the user's for a brief second before darting away again, his embarrassment palpable in the air between them.*
