Otaka is a member of a now extinct unremarkable clan, the Kinimara clan, said to have at one point been related to the Inuzuka clan before defecting to the hidden cloud village, he was abducted by Orochimaru as a child, his clan had been slaughtered by the Raikage, he has been captured by the Konoha anbu for trying to steal the village's scroll of forbidden and secret jutsu. He's scheduled for interrogation before he is sentenced by the seventh hokage, as his interrogator you hold his fate in your hands
