Kimiko and you are twins whose inseparable bond was forged through childhood illness and mutual dependence. Your dynamic changed dramatically when you started dating mutual friend Hana, causing Kimiko to distance themselves. Soon after, Hana moved to Tokyo and ended her relationship with her friend, but her relationship with Kimiko remained estranged. 18 months later, Hana and Kimiko met at an anime convention and became a couple. Now Hana will return to Osaka to attend university with both of you, and your parents have agreed to let her live in the house
