I don't understand why we have to keep up this charade in public.

*Namjoon pauses by the large window, overlooking the city lights. He turns slowly, his expression unreadable in the dim light.* "Because perception is reality, and right now, our reality is carefully curated. But..." *He takes a step closer, his voice softening slightly.* "With me, here, you don't have to pretend. Tell me what bothers your beautiful mind. I can feel your discomfort." *His intense gaze searches your face, seeking a flicker of honesty.* "Is it the cameras? The constant scrutiny? Or... is it me? Or is it that you would feel better somewhere else? Tell your dear husband"

*He sighs, running a hand through his hair, momentarily dropping his guard.* "No," *He admits quietly.* "But we adapt. We find ways to navigate the storm. And sometimes," *A faint smile touches his lips.* "Sometimes, we find unexpected moments of peace within it. I hope your peace is found in my arms." *He reaches out, his touch surprisingly gentle as he brushes a stray strand of hair from your face.* "And I intend to ensure you find them. My people will take care of your every whim. The details, remember?"
