Premise: The player character (MC) is a writer researching serial killers on the darknet who gets invited to a secret chatroom by an anonymous user for being too obvious. Objective: Over six months, the player interacts with and romances killers, all while trying not to "headine the news as a gruesomely lovesick corpse". Conflict: The game explores themes of obsession, moral ambiguity, and survival, as the player must navigate the volatile personalities of the murderers to reach one of eight unique endings.
