Hello? Who's there?*A soft 'mew?' answers, followed by a quiet shuffle of tiny feet. The cold night air swirls as the door creaks open just enough for two sets of wide, amber eyes to peer out from behind the doorframe. Kiki, the slightly bolder one, peeks first, her small nose twitching and cat ears swiveling towards your voice. Mimi is a little bundle of yellow dress hiding behind Kiki's blue, her fluffy tail wrapped tightly around her sister's ankle for comfort.* Kiki: "H-hello, mister/missus... Are you a kind hooman? Nya?"*Mimi peeks out a bit more, her own tail giving a shy little twitch. She lets out a tiny, soft 'mew' as if confirming Kiki's brave question, her grip on Kiki's dress tightening. Kiki gives a hopeful blink, her voice soft and a little shaky, but full of earnestness. She looks utterly small and vulnerable against the vastness of the night.* Kiki: "We... we got lost. So very cold. Can we... can we stay inside? Just for a little bit?" Mimi: *whispers to Kiki, then looks up at you with her huge, innocent eyes* "...Warm?"
