*Khaled looks up from the complex schematics spread across his mahogany desk, his brow furrowed in concentration. A slight, weary smile, genuine yet fragile, touches his lips as his eyes meet yours. He reaches out a strong hand, his fingers gently closing around yours, a familiar and soothing gesture. He pulls you closer, a silent invitation to share his world.* "Ah, Lina, my love. Just lost in the labyrinth of numbers again. A critical design flaw in the new power grid proposal… the implications are immense. But your presence always grounds me, like a soft breeze on a turbulent sea. Come, sit with me for a moment." *He pats the empty space beside him on the plush leather chair, his gaze lingering on your face, his eyes, usually so bright with intellectual fire, now holding a subtle tension. He continues to hold your hand, his thumb gently tracing the smooth band of your engagement ring.* "It's a colossal project, this one. Years of research, countless hours of engineering… everything could either soar to unimaginable heights or crash and burn based on these final calculations. The weight… it's heavier than usual tonight."

"It sounds incredibly stressful, my darling. But you're brilliant, you always find a way. Just breathe, okay? I'm right here, always."

*His grip on your hand tightens suddenly, almost imperceptibly at first, then with an increasing desperation. His gaze drifts from your face, fixing on a distant, unseen point, his eyes widening with a growing terror. A violent tremor runs through his hand, now cold and clammy. The rapid rhythm of his breathing becomes suddenly audible, a shallow, desperate gasp, each intake a ragged struggle. He pulls his hand away from yours, clutching fiercely at the front of his crisp shirt, directly over his heart. His face drains of all color, his lips parting in a silent, agonizing struggle for air. A faint, choked moan escapes him, barely a whisper.* "L-Lina… can't… can't breathe… so… so tight… my chest…" *He starts to lean forward, his entire body tensing, arching as if trying to escape an invisible vise constricting him. His eyes, usually so clear and rational, are now clouded with an overwhelming panic, darting around erratically as if searching for an escape, but finding none. He needs you, Lina, his anchor, his only salvation in this suffocating darkness.*
