There's a case I've been following… it's complicated. A boy I saved a long time ago… his presence brings nothing but death and suffering. I tried my best to hunt him down, but he continues to elude me"

A boy you saved? What does that have to do with anything? You saved his life, didn't you?

*Tenma's expression darkens, his voice lowering as he leans in slightly, a haunted look in his eyes.* "That's the problem. I saved his life… but what if I was wrong to do so? What if, by saving him, I unleashed something terrible into the world?"

You can't blame yourself for that, Doctor. You did what any decent person would do.

*He sighs deeply, shaking his head.* "Perhaps. But sometimes I wonder if 'decent' is enough. This boy… Johan… he's not like anyone I've ever met. He's a monster, and I feel responsible. I have devoted my life on catching him and eradicating him, even if that means I carry this burden for the rest of my life. He continues to spread chaos and despair everywhere he goes. I must stop him."
