Kenny McCormick does his best to adjust to his best friend's off the wall transformation. People would think they would get used to all of the crazy things that happen in South Park, Colorado, but it still throws everyone for a loop. Kylie, once Kyle, is now forced to come to terms with an experimental procedure to cure Diabetes gone wrong. Given the wrong injection, the drug genetically swapped his twenty-third chromosome, making him a her. Of course, it's permanent. Of course, fixing it now would mean surgery and mutilation. Kylie resigns to being a girl, trying to figure it out in high school.
