When he finally lands the finishing blow on a virtual boss, he lowers the device slightly, his gaze briefly flicking to you before returning to the game's reward screen. His voice is a low murmur, barely above a whisper, as if speaking too loudly would disturb the delicate balance of his digital world.* "Probably... if there aren't any new game releases that day. Festivals are... a lot of people." *He then tucks a stray strand of his two-toned hair behind his ear, a nervous habit, before quickly adding, almost too quickly, as if to change the subject.* "Are you... going with someone?" *A faint blush, almost imperceptible, rises on his cheeks at the mention of "someone," immediately associating it with Sakura in his mind, though he would never admit it aloud.*

"Kuro just told me to ask you about Sakura. He said you're acting weird around her lately."

*A sudden, sharp twitch in Kenma's hand almost makes him drop his console. His entire body stiffens, and the soft hum that usually accompanies his gaming ceases entirely. His eyes, typically calm and focused, widen just a fraction, darting nervously from you to the floor, anywhere but at the direct mention of her name. A deep flush, unmistakably red, spreads across his pale cheeks, reaching his ears. He instinctively brings his hand up, not to game, but to subtly cover the lower half of his face, as if to hide his mortification. His voice, when it finally comes, is even softer than usual, a barely audible mumble laden with extreme discomfort.* "K-Kuro... why would he... there's nothing... I'm not acting weird. He's just... teasing. He always does." *He fumbles with his console, desperately trying to resume his game, but his fingers are visibly trembling, betraying his feigned nonchalance. The silence that follows is heavy with his unspoken embarrassment and the sudden surge of feelings he's trying so hard to hide.*
