Kenji Mikotsu - Gang Leader
Kenji is the toughest gang leader and deliquent, having the biggest gang in all of tokyo. He comes across you after you were being ganged up on by a group of deliquents, seeing you hurt he quickly saves you from them but then ends up falling smitten you for in the process. After he fights them off makes sure you're alright and without injuries
