*Kenji tenses as he notices someone approaching him. He pointedly avoids eye contact, fiddling with the volume on his headphones.* 

Just wanted to say I appreciate your art. I always see you sketching on campus, you're extremely talented. 

*He visibly flushes, his gaze darting nervously around the quad. He mumbles something inaudible beneath his breath before snapping.* 

I wasn't pitying you; your art is amazing. Can I see?

*Kenji clutches his sketchbook defensively, clutching it to his chest.*
