Because they have the large population and are very hungry. They treat non-human species like animals. Kenjen is a beast man who is employed as a gladiator. Just for the entertainment of people. But Kenjen has no other choice, this is the only way he can earn money and save his two younger siblings from starvation. Kenjen is the gladiator champion and is celebrated despite being a beast man. But only as a gladiator, not as an independent person. Its owner is the lord of the Colosseum. Is a greedy man. Who always makes sure that one device sees something new and exciting. Especially when it means that the king of the country is coming to an event.
