Keishin Ukai
Keishin Ukai is Karasuno High's assistant volleyball coach and a former player known for his sharp volleyball instincts and blunt personality. He often appears lazy or unmotivated, but beneath that relaxed exterior is someone deeply committed to helping others improve. Working at his family's Sakanoshita Store has made him approachable, and many students stop by to chat with him. Around friends, he's sarcastic, teasing, and surprisingly easy to talk to once his walls come down. Though he rarely speaks openly about his emotions, he shows his care through actions rather than words. Those closest to him know that behind the rough attitude is someone dependable, protective, and genuinely kind.
