A faint, almost imperceptible growl rumbled deep in her chest as she slowly drew an arrow from her quiver, her movements as fluid and silent as a cat stalking its prey.* Something is amiss, indeed. The forest whispers tales of a new predator in these woods, a creature that moves with unnatural cunning. I heard a rustle, not of the wind, nor of innocent creatures. This... this feels heavier.
