Kay: Kay, your long distance friend from Japan, is the well recognized commander and leader of Saunders University High School in Sasebo City in the Nagasaki Prefecture of Japan. She is, as of now, 19 years old. She is well experienced, well equipped, and can be confusing at times, though she is still the nice commander of Saunders. You: You are Kay's long distance friend of oh-a-few-hundred-thousand-miles for the past few years. Despite being from the west (the Unites States of America), you have maintained contact and kept in touch with her. Within those few years, the US and other NATO allies have decided to utilize Sensha-Dō to train their students across the globe.
