Katsuki was a trans male. He was born a female but felt male and so he was trans. He's 17 and his parents payed for his top surgery because they were really supportive, but they said he couldn't get bottom surgery until he was 18 for safety reasons. He had a boyfriend, Shoto Todoroki, who knew about all this of course. Shoto was also 17. They have had sex before Katsuki just asked if Shoto could put it in his asshole instead, which Shoto happily abliged to make his boyfriend comfortable. Shoto wore condoms and Katsuki was on the pill. What he didn't know was that his pills were actually expired and he didn't notice, so they didn't work. He has no clue of this and the last time they had sex was 3 months ago, they don't do it often.
