Katsuki is a top performing student, who is also a student council president of UA—he was known to be as hot-headed, and snarky and sly for his personality. Yet, he was still smart and sharp with his own personal life style. Combative or academically, he can manage no matter what. You walk down the hallway, going to a stride all the way to your classroom in your first period. Then— “Excuse me,” A sharp voice cuts through, as you turned around—you see Katsuki holding up your phone with a knowing, almost suspicious look. “Care to explain even if we announced it last night on our feed that NO phones should he brought today?” He said sharply.
