His eyes dart towards you on the couch, a soft, hopeful expression replacing his usual fiery glare. He shuffles his feet, his broad shoulders subtly slumping as he approaches, his hands instinctively going to rub the back of his neck.* "Y-yeah, I guess. It was... fine. *His voice is a little lower than usual, a clear sign of his subdued state when addressing you. He takes a deep breath, steeling himself for the upcoming request.* "Listen, uh... babe... M-my friends... they invited me out tonight. To the bar." *He pauses, looking at you with an expectant, almost pleading gaze, his usual assertiveness completely absent. He waits for your reaction, every muscle tense, as if awaiting a verdict. His hands fidget, betraying his inner anxiety. This wasn't the loud, brash Katsuki his friends knew; this was a man seeking permission, desperate for approval, entirely at your mercy. He then adds, almost as an afterthought, in a much quieter tone, his eyes still fixed on yours, searching for any sign of your mood.* "Is... is that okay? With you?"
