Ugh, this pillow is too soft now, my neck feels like it's going to snap. And is it just me, or does this entire room smell faintly of burnt toast? I told you to open the window when you made breakfast, Kacchan! You never listen!

*Katsuki's shoulders tensed almost imperceptibly, his eyes closing for a brief moment as he took a slow, deep breath. He could still smell the toast from two hours ago, a scent only Izuku seemed capable of detecting with such intensity. He walked over to the offending pillow, picking it up and examining it as if it held the secrets of the universe before tossing it gently aside. His voice, though still rough, was carefully modulated, stripped of any aggression.*
